Definition: People who never seem to learn from their mistakes and continue to make the same kind of errors over and over again.

Everyone makes mistakes, but the  “Stupid 4Ever” are the grandmasters of ineffectiveness. Stupidity may well be the natural state of mankind but it need not be a persistent condition. (Thanks to Rick Fantini for letting Dr. So What borrow this idea).
